So the local real estate trends that I'm seeing are that we're doing a great job of pricing homes, they are selling for about 90% of the list value that's across the board. The 200 all the way up to almost a million dollars. So we're pricing things really well which is fabulous. But they're about a two month supply of homes until you get up in Rowley upper range and then it is a six month supply. But since the average price in the colony is about 500,000 There's really a two month supply. Almost everybody that's purchasing so it's definitely still a market here, which is great if you're trying to home but you can still find some deals if you're savvy buyer.
